Les and Wendy recently built a beautiful, modern looking home to enjoy their retirement in style. Unfortunately, their alfresco roof didn’t provide adequate shade. The sun was hitting the dark tiles, turning the area into an oven and making it uncomfortable to sit outside.

Les and his concreter neighbour installed the structures. Their fixed WaveSail™ is in Western Myall®. This small sail has solved their overheating issue and they're enjoying more time outside given that there's 95% less sun radiating off the tiles.

ShadeSpot™ helped them explore their shade sail options during the Discovery Call. They settled on a narrow shade sail (LxW) 9.2m x 2.21m, supported by floating cantilevered columns, each with only one vertical 'post', to compliment their modern style.
